Since 1982 I have been working with large corporations, small businesses, non-profit agencies, churches, healthcare facilities, clinics, and hospitals doing soulfully based executive coaching, team building, conflict resolution training, and communication skill building. I have presented over 160 workshops and seminars. As in my private counseling practice, I focus on the personal and spiritual growth of the individual person.

Changes in our lifestyles and in our economy are compelling us to take a different approach to managing today. My soulful approach to executive coaching is designed to help managers and supervisors develop greater emotional intelligence and gain a broader awareness and sensitivity of their employee’s needs and potentials. 

The manager is the number one reason why people leave their jobs today. Immediate supervisors are now the most important people in the workplace. Supervisors are managing more employees. Supervising those employees now requires more time and skill on the part of the supervisor. At this level of management the human interpersonal aspects of management and face-to-face communication are the most critical elements to successful management. It is inside the company or organization that will ultimately define long-term achievement in the world around us. Caring and competitiveness are not mutually exclusive.
